Special Populations 

According to section 1413(a) of the Individuals With Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 (IDEA 2004), each local school district in Illinois is expected to have in place policies and procedures that comply with the requirements of IDEA 2004 and the Illinois School Code.

On Friday, August 23, 2019, the Public Act-101 0515 was signed into law. This Act amends Article 14 of Illinois School Code and now requires all Illinois school districts to make related service logs and make them available to parents at your students' annual review meeting or upon request.
